The show was a great resource for *mixed media*.
Elitia, Belinda and Donna took lots of different classes and watched great demos. Karen Ellis from Ontario was demoing for Crafters Workshop and we all loved her work. Marie Browning did a great class for Tombow and Belinda is going to teach the class here.

Good news! We were able to solve the mystery of the butterfly templates that would not work. The butterflies must be separated and placed individually on the magnetic plate to cut. We are going to try that on Tuesday.

Happy New Year everyone. It certainly feels more like spring but I'm sure we will need our winter woolies before then.

Several orders are expected soon such as Savvy, Stampscapes, Stamps by Judith, Quilling and Chromacolour Acrylic paint. Our absolute favorite.
Works on every possible surface including metal.

We have nearly finished counting inventory and are now in the process of rearranging the store. More open space in the class room and more displays for products that need to hang. We will be selling off some store bookcases, one table that is extra tall and possibly other misc. fixtures.
It's time to discontinue some products so we have Rummage bins down one wall with lots of good deals.

Many of you expressed some interest in having more Drop In Times where you could meet ladies with similar interests. If there is enough interest in the following Free Drop in days, we will continue to schedule them. Your feedback is important to us.

You know the little white plastic containers that have several colors of metallic waxes? Well, we all know that they don't dry really quickly and are inclined to smear a little. But, if you rub them on your project, cover with clear powder and emboss you will be delighted with the lovely effect. Try it.

Let's make more *Birthday Cards For Kids* ages 2 to 12 for the Food Bank. During the Nov. workshops we created more than 275 cards and collected more than 30 cake mixes and containers of icing. They give out an average of 30 cards per week. Every little bit of help is so appreciated.
